Details
The accreditation of providers of professional information and counseling services is carried out under the conditions of Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and additions, by ANOFM through the territorial AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest agencies in whose territorial area the providers have their headquarters or, as the case may be, domicile/residence. Providers of employment information and professional counseling services from EU and EEA member states for whom, for the provision of these services, it was not necessary to obtain accreditation/authorization based on their home country's legislation, thus not being subject to accreditation/authorization conditions, when providing these activities in Romania are subject to the same accreditation conditions as providers in Romania, except for providers who intend to provide such cross-border services in Romania temporarily or occasionally and who, in performing their activities in Romania, are subject to the notification procedure.
