For the issuance of the tourism license and, where applicable, the annex to the tourism license for the branch/subsidiary/secondary office/representative office, in the case of changing the type of travel agency from organizer to intermediary and vice versa, the economic operator shall submit the following documentation to the headquarters of the central public institution responsible for tourism (see below, Required Documents). (1) The documentation submitted by the applicant is analyzed and resolved as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of its registration. (2) In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism informs the applicant, within 5 working days from the registration of the request, by notification, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as the consequences on the analysis deadline provided in paragraph (1); (3) If the documentation provided in paragraph (2) is not completed within 45 days from the date of issuance of the first notification, it will be closed.
