For the purpose of issuing the tourism license and, where applicable, the annex of the tourism license for its secondary office, in the event of a change in the name of the tour operator/intermediary travel agency, the economic operator shall submit the following documentation at the headquarters of the central public institution responsible for tourism (see below, section Required Documents). (1) The documentation submitted by the applicant is analyzed and resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of its registration. (2) In the case of incomplete documentation, the central public institution responsible for tourism shall inform the applicant, within 5 working days from the date of registration of the application, by a notice, regarding the need to submit additional documents, as well as regarding the consequences on the period for analyzing the documentation provided in para. (1); (3) If, within 45 days from the date of issuance of the first notice, the documentation provided in para. (2) is not completed, it will be closed.
