The procedure concerns the obligation to notify AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest by providers of labor mediation services on the Romanian domestic market/information and professional counseling services that are subject to accreditation/notification, except for individuals authorized to carry out independent activities and providers established in another EU/EEA member state who provide such cross-border services on Romanian territory, temporarily/occasionally, regarding the establishment on Romanian territory of branches/subsidiaries/secondary offices whose activities concern these services, regulated by the Criteria for the accreditation of providers of specialized services for stimulating employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and additions. The obligation is considered fulfilled if the notification is submitted to the AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest within whose jurisdiction the respective branches/subsidiaries/other secondary offices operate, together with all the documents required by law to accompany this notification.

The notification template is provided in Annex no. 3 to the Accreditation Criteria for providers of specialized services for stimulating employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and completions. The notification must be made as stipulated in Article 4^3 of the Accreditation Criteria for providers of specialized services for stimulating employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and completions.*

Document attesting the accreditation or authorization of the provider in the country of origin or, as appropriate, in Romania for the provision of labour mediation services and/or professional information and counselling services*

The document certifying accreditation or authorization in the country of origin or, as applicable, in Romania, for the provision of labor mediation services and/or professional information and counseling services, of the provider establishing the respective branch, subsidiary, or other secondary office, issued by the competent authority from the respective member state or, as applicable, from Romania (AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest), in a copy certified by the provider, accompanied, as applicable, by a non-certified translation into Romanian of this document. The county employment agency, or the agency for the municipality of Bucharest, which is notified in accordance with legal provisions, accepts any document from a European Union member state or the European Economic Area issued for an equivalent purpose or from which it is clear that the requirements of the document are fulfilled.*

Supporting documents or a declaration on the supplier's own responsibility, showing that the supplier establishing the respective branch, subsidiary or other secondary office has not committed crimes in connection with the employment services provided. The County Employment Agency or the Employment Agency of the municipality of Bucharest, which is notified in accordance with legal provisions, accepts any document from a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area issued for an equivalent purpose or clearly showing that the requirements of the document are met.*

Supporting documents or a statement on the provider's own responsibility, certifying that the provider is not in a situation of insolvency, under enforcement proceedings, judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation, or special administration, does not have its activities providing employment services suspended or restricted, and there are no final court decisions of conviction regarding violations of the legislation on the provision of employment services, or that it is not in any other similar situations regulated by law. The county employment agency, or, as the case may be, the Bucharest municipality agency, which is notified according to the legal provisions, accepts any document from a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area issued for an equivalent purpose or from which it is clear that the requirements of the document are met.*
