The procedure concerns the obligation to notify AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest by providers of employment mediation services on the Romanian domestic market/professional information and counseling services who are subject to accreditation/notification, except for natural persons authorized to carry out an independent activity and providers established in another EU/EEA member state who provide such cross-border services on the territory of Romania, temporarily/occasionally, regarding the establishment on the territory of Romania of branches/subsidiaries/secondary offices whose activities concern these services, regulated by the Accreditation Criteria for providers of specialized services for stimulating employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and completions. The obligation is considered fulfilled upon submitting the notification to AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest within whose area the respective branches/subsidiaries/other secondary offices operate, together with all the documents required by law accompanying this notification.

The notification model is provided in Annex no. 3 to the Accreditation Criteria for providers of specialized services for stimulating employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and completions. The notification must be made as stipulated in art. 4^3 of the Accreditation Criteria for providers of specialized services for stimulating employment, approved by Government Decision no. 277/2002, with subsequent amendments and completions.*

Document attesting the accreditation or authorization of the provider in the country of origin or, where applicable, in Romania for the provision of labor mediation services and/or information and professional counseling services*

The document attesting the accreditation or authorization in the country of origin or, as the case may be, in Romania, for providing labor mediation services and/or professional information and counseling services, of the provider establishing the respective branch, subsidiary, or other secondary office, issued by the competent authority of the respective member state or, as the case may be, from Romania (AJOFM/AMOFM Bucharest), in a copy certified by the provider, accompanied, as applicable, by an uncertified translation into Romanian of this document. The county employment agency, or Bucharest municipality agency, which is notified in accordance with legal provisions, accepts any document from a member state of the European Union or European Economic Area issued for an equivalent purpose or from which it is clearly evident that the document requirements are met.*

Supporting documents or a declaration on the supplier's own responsibility, showing that the supplier establishing the respective branch, subsidiary, or other secondary office has not committed offenses related to the employment services they provide. The county employment agency, or that of the municipality of Bucharest, which is notified in accordance with legal provisions, accepts any document from a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area issued for an equivalent purpose or from which it is clear that the requirements of the document are met.*

Evidence documents or a declaration on the provider's own responsibility, certifying that they are not in a situation of insolvency, subject to enforcement proceedings, judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation, or special administration, do not have the activities through which they provide employment services suspended or restrictions on them, there are no final court decisions of conviction related to violations of the legislation regarding the provision of employment services or that they are not in other similar situations regulated by law. The county employment agency, or, as applicable, the agency of the municipality of Bucharest, which is notified according to legal provisions, accepts any document from a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area issued for an equivalent purpose or from which it is clearly shown that the requirements of the document are met.*

Declaration on own responsibility of the supplier stating that the subsidiary/ branch/ any other established secondary office meets the criteria provided by law*
