The request for the renewal of the Registration Authorization in the National Register of Multipliers is made as a result of the modification of the data initially registered by the economic operator, e.g. company name change, address change of headquarters, modification of organizational form, addition of activity object art.36 para.6 of O.G. no.25/2006, republished, amended and completed by O.U.G. no.43/2010

For the renewal of the registration authorization in the National Register of Multipliers, applicants shall submit the following requests

-type and Request-type documents

Form 157Forms 2 3 shall be submitted only in case of completion with new work points/storage spaces

Form 6 shall be submitted only in case of adding new activity objects.

Documents-copy of the certificate of registration with the trade register office CUI

- copy of the previous registration authorization in the National Register of Multipliers and the annexes of the authorization

- copy of the invoice/payment order document certifying the payment of the fees.

Fees

- renewal of the registration authorization as a result of modification of the identification data of the economic operator-50 lei

- registration of new work points and storage spaces -50 lei/work point or storage space

- registration of new industrial equipment-20 lei/equipment

- completion request for incomplete file situations-10 lei -art.11 letter d and art.14 para.3 of H.G. no.1086/2008
