For film producers, registration is done according to art. 23 as amended from O.G. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by O.U.G 43/2010. The documents for registration must contain the following:
Standard applications: Forms 1,2
Documents: Copies of - the registration certificate at the Trade Register Office - the tax registration certificate only for non-profit legal entities.
Failure to register or enroll in the national registers administered by ORDA is punishable by a fine from 2,000 lei to 10,000 lei.
