Authorized natural persons and legal entities, registered in the National Videogram Register, who import or produce videograms, are required to register all videograms in the aforementioned register, according to art.23 para.1 of G.O. 25/2006 republished, amended and supplemented by E.G.O.43/2010.

Authorized natural persons or legal entities, who produce videograms on the territory of Romania, have the obligation to register all videograms in the National Videogram Register before they are introduced into the commercial circuit.

The documents must contain the following:

Standard applications Forms 12, 13

Documents - a copy of the videogram must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the certificate issuance - copy of the invoice/payment order.

The fees for the registration operations are provided by G.D.1086/2008, being the following

• registration of videograms produced on the territory of Romania - 100 lei/video title
• emergency fee, additional charge ndash 300 lei
• application for completion for supplying missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration application - 10 lei.
