Details
Technical information and training documentation in the field of occupational safety and health can be disseminated or marketed only if it is approved by the habilitation and approval committee of the county where the author is headquartered. If the author is headquartered in another member state of the European Union or belonging to the European Economic Area, the documentation shall be approved by the habilitation and approval committee within the Territorial Labor Inspectorate of the Municipality of Bucharest. Documentation subject to approval includes - films or images, on film or magnetic media, with subjects from the field of occupational safety and health, - posters, leaflets, brochures from the field of occupational safety and health, - course materials intended for training programs in the field of occupational safety and health provided in art. 16 para. 1 letter c and art. 55 para. 1 of Government Decision no. 1425/2006, as amended and supplemented.
The habilitation and approval committee will send by mail the approval or the reasoned rejection decision within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

Means of appeal: The applicant or the holder of the permit, as the case may be, may file an appeal with the Ministry of Labour and Social Justice within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the rejection decision. The solutions adopted in response to the appeal will be communicated to the interested parties within 30 days from the date of receipt of the appeal.
