Details
The procedure addresses natural persons and/or legal entities (Romanians) who wish to carry out commercial fishing within the RBDD perimeter.
The issuance of the commercial fishing authorization is done after the release of the Order nominating the landing points and the first sale centers and after the release of the Order approving the measures for regulating fishing effort and the fishing quotas allocated for the current year.
This procedure can be operational only for the initiation/start of the procedure.
