Details

This procedure regulates the method of issuing the construction permit for technical-utility networks extension / connection: transport and distribution of natural gas within the Constanța City Hall.

SPECIFICATIONS:

For the purpose of detailing the proposed documentation, the following documents may also be attached to the required legal documentation:

- Homeowners Association Agreement signed by the President and the Executive Committee of the Association - model M1 (see required documents)

- Nominal table 50+1% in original with the owners' agreement - model M2 (see required documents)

Note:

- In cases where network extensions are requested by ENGIE SA, title deed, cadastral documentation, or land register extract will not be submitted;

- The documentation shall be submitted in two copies. The beneficiary's copy will contain the original approvals.
