This procedure regulates the method of extending the validity of the urban planning certificate - Constanța City Hall.
The extension of the validity period of the urban planning certificate can only be done by the issuer, at the request of the holder made at least 15 days before its expiration, for a maximum period of 12 months, after which a new urban planning certificate must be obligatorily issued.
