This procedure regulates the method for obtaining a burial certificate within the Constanta City Hall
Requests and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service shall be submitted at the following locations:
- main office on Stefan Mihaileanu St. no.10
- main office on Baba Novac St. no. 194 (inside the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;

Receipt/Issuance of documents:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 08:30-13:30
Thursday: 08:30-18:30
Burials:
Saturday: 09:30-13:30
Sunday: 10:30-12:30
