This procedure regulates the method for obtaining the certificate for exhumation of a corpse, after at least 7 years from burial within the Constanta Municipality City Hall.

Requests and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service shall be submitted at the following locations:

- main office on Str. Stefan Mihaileanu, no.10

- main office on Str. Baba Novac, no. 194 (within the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;

Receiving/issuing documents:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 08:30-13:30

Saturday: 09:30-13:30

Sunday: 10:30-12:30
