This procedure regulates the method of recording existing annotations on the margins of civil status documents - Annex 9 within the Constanta City Hall.
Upon the request of individuals, certificates regarding the registration of a civil status document are issued; the certificates include, as appropriate, details concerning the annotations present on the margin of the civil status document.
The request may be made personally by any of the former spouses or by an authorized representative with a special power of attorney.
