The procedure is addressed to individuals who wish to regularize the building permit
The documents must be submitted within 15 days from the completion of the works, but no later than 15 days from the expiration of the building permit, to the urban planning and territorial arrangement service - contact person: Gheorghiu Monica –Tel: 0255211692-Ext.128;
Resolution term: 15 days from the submission of the above-listed documents (provided that the regularization statement is endorsed by the Taxes and Duties Service of the Resita City Hall and the payment of the resulting tax differences is made, if applicable).
