Details
For extending the validity of the building permit, a standard application (according to the Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for extending the validity of the building permit) is completed and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued building permit. The application for extending the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration of its validity period.
When submitting the application for extending the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
Payment can be made online at https://www.ghiseul.ro or via bank transfer to account RO 48 TREZ 70321160203XXXXX, C.U.I-P.S.3-4420465, through SECTOR 3 TREASURY.
The department handling the application is the Urbanism Directorate.
