In the situation where the requirements are not met by the new head of the laboratory, the authorization committee communicates to the laboratory, through a written note, the decision to reject the request for evaluation of the new head of the laboratory, which can be appealed within 10 days from the date of communication. Appeals submitted by the requesting legal entities whose request for evaluation of the new head of the laboratory has been rejected are received by I.S.C. and are reanalyzed by the authorization committee together with all the documents submitted in the file, which will decide, as applicable, the acceptance/rejection of the appeal.
