Copy of the valid license/certificate of authorized natural gas installer, issued in accordance with the law by the competent national regulatory authority, holographically certified for conformity with the original by the applicant, for subdomains 8.3 - Natural gas installations and 9.4 - Natural gas networks. Mandatory documents for applicants seeking authorization in subdomains 8.1/9.1/8.3/9.4. Proof of holding these types of authorization for at least 5 years must also be submitted.*

Judicial record certificate, valid at the date of application registration, stating that the applicant is not registered in the judicial record, or Consent for obtaining the judicial record extract - Site Managers by I.S.C. - according to the attached model.*
