The certification conditions are specified in art.14 B of OMECMA 364/2010. The procedure involves completing the following steps:
I. Completing, with a diploma issued by a competent entity, a course on technological risk management, safety, and quality of installation works for industrial technological equipment
II. Preparation of the candidate's file in accordance with art. 18 of OMECMA no.364/2010, submission to MECMA-DPDE, which analyzes and communicates, within 15 days, to the applicant whether it is complete, or, if necessary, requests clarifications or returns it to the applicant.
III. The secretariat draws up the list of certified files, submits it to CPPI Busteni in order to issue invitations to participate in the certification course "TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTION" for DTI installation works
IV. The course lasts 5 days, Monday to Friday; on the sixth day there is the exam with a written, oral test, and the defense of the paper prepared on the basis of the framework content developed by the certification committee, communicated together with the invitation to participate in the certification course.
V. The exam result is communicated within a maximum of 15 days from the exam date
VI. The certificates of attestation, ID badges, and stamp are personally issued to the candidates within 15 days from the exam date.
