For producers/importers, distributors/merchants/those who rent computer programs, the registration is made according to art.35 of G.O. 25/2006, republished, amended and supplemented by G.E.O. 43/2010.

The registration documents must contain the following:

Standard application forms 1, 2;

Copies of documents:

- the registration certificate at the Trade Register Office;

- the fiscal registration certificate only for non-profit legal entities;

- invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registration operation in the register.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

- registration activity for producing computer programs 50 lei;

- registration of place of business 20 lei - registration of storage space 20 lei;

- urgency fee, additional charge 300 lei;

- request for completion for missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration request 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier’s office, Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, district 1, Bucharest, or in account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at the Trezoreria Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
