The renewal of certificates based on new registrations and entries is carried out under the conditions of art.36 paragraph 6 of O.G. 25/2006. The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.

The renewal of the certificate can be done only if its validity period has not been exceeded and the information contained in the Valid Certificate/Attestation as well as in the corresponding Annexes has not been changed.

Documents for registration must contain the following:

Standard requests: Form 4;

Documents Copies of:

- copy of CUI;

- the previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Office for Copyright;

- copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the payment for the registration operation in the register.

Rates for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows:

- issuance of a new registration certificate due to the expiration of the previous certificate’s validity period 25 lei/activity,

- if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/work point, 20 lei/storage space,

- in case a new activity registration is requested 50 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sect.1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Treasury Sector1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
