Authorization for grade IVA, without examination, of principal design engineers from design institutes in the energy sector, who hold or have held grade I or equivalent, according to the COR Nomenclature, of professors/associate professors from faculties in the energy sector, as well as researchers from institutes/centers of research in the energy sector.
