The standard affidavit regarding the fulfillment of operating conditions stipulated by specific legislation in the fields of: sanitary, sanitary-veterinary, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and fire protection, as well as specific regulations regarding consumer protection for the activity carried out and the quality standards of the products and services placed on the market*

The fee for issuing the Agreement is paid into account RO19TREZ27421160203XXXXX opened at the Moreni Treasury and is calculated as follows: 100 lei/year for commercial spaces under 100 sqm, 200 lei/year for spaces over 100 sqm, 500 lei/year for hotels, motels, guesthouses; 30 lei/year for services, itinerant trade, markets, bazaars and similar.*
