This procedure describes how specialists - individuals - certified as construction project inspectors can request the update of their personal data in the database. The construction project inspector carries out their activity in one of the following forms: as an employee of a legal entity whose articles of association include technical quality inspection of projects, in compliance with legal provisions; authorized, as an individual, to carry out activities independently; as an employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven with the valid identification card issued by the competent authority together with the certification of attestation.
Regulated professions: The profession of certified project inspector is listed at position 9 in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 on the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, as subsequently amended and supplemented
