This procedure describes how specialists – natural persons – certified as project verifiers for constructions can request the update of their personal data in the database. The verifier of construction projects carries out their activity in one of the following forms – employee of a legal entity whose statutes provide for technical quality verification activities of projects, in compliance with legal provisions – authorized as a natural person to carry out activities independently – employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven with the valid ID issued by the competent authority together with the certification certificate.
Regulated professions: The profession of certified project verifier is found at position 9 in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions
