For obtaining information and submitting documentation, the applicant should contact the Citizen Information Center, room 15 within the Rm. Vâlcea City Hall.

- Copy of ID card/passport of the applicant as well as household members who will be entered in the certificate and booklet
- Proof of payment of fees according to HCL 259/29.12.2014 regarding the establishment and approval of the level of taxes, fees, and other amounts due to the local budget for the year 2015, completed by HCL 74/29.04.2015.
