Details

Romanian or other EU, EEA or Swiss Confederation citizens who have been authorized to carry out the activity of technical manager for execution by an act of authority—authorization or an equivalent document—issued by the competent authorities recognized in those states, and who wish to carry out this activity in Romania, may request recognition of the technical manager for execution authorization obtained in another EU Member State, EEA or Swiss Confederation. For the recognition of the authorization, these persons will request registration in the Register of authorized technical managers for execution, for the purpose of carrying out the activity, in the field of authorization stated on the document certifying the quality of technical manager for execution, on the territory of Romania, according to the law.

Based on the application submitted by the applicant, I.S.C. recognizes the document attesting the quality of technical manager for execution obtained in the country of origin or provenance and registers it in the Register of authorized technical managers for execution.

The profession of technical manager for execution is included in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania*

Appeal routes

The rejection of applicants' registration in the Register of authorized technical execution managers can be contested within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the communication. Appeals are resolved by the authorization committee within 15 working days from their registration.
