This procedure regulates the manner in which divorce is registered administratively within the City Hall of Constanta Municipality.
Applications are submitted to the Civil Status Service located at 20 Mihai Eminescu St., by appointment at tel.0241485157
Administrative divorce applications must be made in writing, submitted and personally signed by both spouses in front of the delegated civil status officer, at the city hall that holds the marriage certificate or that is in the area of the last common residence.
Divorce fee 559 lei (the fee is non-refundable if the file is closed).
