This procedure regulates the method of registering mentions of name and/or surname changes that occurred abroad within the Constanta City Hall.
We inform you that, starting from 22.02.2025, the Civil Status Service will operate in a new location in Constanta, bd. Mamaia no. 193 (former School no. 1).
