The documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works, drawn up in accordance with the legal provisions in force, based on and in compliance with the provisions of the approved urban planning documentation, according to the law, in addition to the application for the issuance of the building permit, including the annex – the F.8 form-model “APPLICATION for the issuance of the construction/demolition permit” is used
Building permit issuance fee:
- 0.5% of the estimated cost for residential buildings or annex buildings;
- 1% of the estimated cost for constructions other than residential buildings (other purposes);
Demolition permit issuance fee:
- 0.1% of the taxable value established for determining the building tax.
Architecture fee:
- 0.05% of the estimated cost.
When submitting the application for the issuance of the construction/demolition permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the fees.
Payment can be made online to account RO 75TREZ69121160203XXXXX, C.U.I. 4350645, through TREZORERIA Focsani for authorization fees.
The structure handling the application is the Urbanism Service.
