This methodology includes regulations for the organization and conduct of the certification exam for high school graduates of the technological branch, hereinafter referred to as the certification exam, for obtaining the qualification certificate, in accordance with art. 31 para. (6) and art. 77 para. (6) and (7) of National Education Law no. 1/2011, with subsequent amendments and completions.

Graduates of high school, technological branch, who take and pass the certification exam, obtain the qualification certificate level 4, according to the National Qualifications Framework, and the descriptive supplement to the certificate, in Europass format.
