This procedure regulates the way in which the language competency test is organized and conducted for admission to the 5th grade with an intensive program for teaching a modern, internationally used language, at the level of public or private pre-university educational institutions in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) from the Framework Regulation on the organization and functioning of classes with teaching of a modern language in intensive or bilingual regime in pre-university educational institutions, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
