This procedure regulates the manner of organizing and conducting the linguistic competence test for admission to the 5th grade with intensive teaching program of a modern internationally spoken language, at the level of state or private pre-university educational institutions in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) from the Framework Regulation for organizing and functioning of classes with intensive, respectively bilingual, modern language teaching in pre-university educational institutions, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
