The tax statement for determining the tax on shows, in the case of artistic events, sports competitions or other entertaining activities.
In the case where the show organizer is represented by a person other than their legal representative, an authorization for the person designated by them to represent the taxpayer must also be attached, in order to submit the application for registration of subscriptions/tickets for shows and the statement regarding the situation of tickets/subscriptions sold, as well as the minutes of cancellation of unsold ticket or subscription series.
