Details

The procedure is addressed to the County Public Health Directorates and the Directorate of the Municipality of Bucharest, in cases where registration of the note certifying the authorization for sale and dispensing, through the information society, of over-the-counter medicines/specific products for drugstores is requested – transmission of documents to the Ministry of Health – Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Department.
