Details

Economic operators from EU, EEA member states and Turkey who are registered with the competent authority are obliged, before beginning operations with precious metals and precious stones on the territory of Romania, to inform, by notification, about this fact, the National Authority for Consumer Protection.

The necessary documents can be accessed on the website of the National Authority for Consumer Protection at: www.anpc.gov.ro or at the headquarters of the Precious Metals Directorate in Bucharest, str. Fabrica de Chibrituri no. 30, within the premises of the State Mint, entrance no. 3, sector 5.
