Economic operators from EU member states, EEA and Turkey who are registered with the competent authority are required, before starting to carry out operations with precious metals and precious stones on Romanian territory, to inform, by notification, the National Authority for Consumer Protection about this fact.

The necessary documents can be accessed on the website of the National Authority for Consumer Protection at: www.anpc.gov.ro or at the headquarters of the Precious Metals Directorate in Bucharest, 30 Fabrica de Chibrituri Street, State Mint premises, entrance no. 3, sector 5.
