Details

The status of judicial technical expert is suspended for valid reasons, as well as in the case of incompatibility, according to the law. The suspension, respectively the cessation of the suspension of the status of judicial technical expert, may be ordered by the Central Office for Judicial Expertise, at the motivated request of the expert or ex officio, with justification.
