Details

The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out design work for systems and installations for fire limitation and extinguishing. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, the execution of works in the field of fire protection is carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
