The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises that wish to obtain authorization for carrying out fire protection work with thermally expanding paints. In accordance with the provisions of Article 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, carrying out work in the field of fire protection is done by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is done for a fee.
