Details

The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out installation and maintenance work on fire limitation and extinguishing systems and installations, except those containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. In accordance with the provisions of Article 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, work in the field of fire protection is carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
