The suspension of membership occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the headquarters of the territorial College, namely the College of Pharmacists Sălaj, a request to suspend their membership. At the time of requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee until the end of the year and must meet the condition of continuing professional education by completing 40 EFC hours for the respective period.

The pharmacist is obliged to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania within 30 days of resuming work.
