Details

In order to proceed with the issuance of a duplicate membership Certificate of the Romanian College of Pharmacists, the applicant must submit the complete documentation to the headquarters of the Argeș College of Pharmacists, in accordance with the provisions of Decision no. 4/2004 of the National Council of the Romanian College of Pharmacists and the documents presented below.
