Details

In order to proceed with the issuance of a duplicate of the Membership Certificate of the Romanian College of Pharmacists, the applicant must submit the complete documentation at the headquarters of the Gorj College of Pharmacists, in accordance with the provisions of Decision no.4/2004 of the National Council of the Romanian College of Pharmacists and the documents presented below.
