Details

The procedure applies to individuals who request to become professional maternal assistants. The professional maternal assistant is a natural person, certified under the conditions of Government Decision no. 679/2003, who, through their activity carried out at their home, provides the upbringing, care, and education necessary for the harmonious development of the children placed in their care.

The person requesting to become a professional maternal assistant will submit an application for capacity assessment to DGASPC Argeş. The application must obligatorily state the number of children for whom the applicant believes they can simultaneously provide optimal care conditions, their age group and gender, and the availability to care for children with disabilities/handicaps, HIV-infected, or suffering from AIDS. The application will include the applicant's Curriculum Vitae as well as the reasons for wishing to become a professional maternal assistant.
