This procedure establishes the regulatory framework for the authorization of technical managers for execution by the State Construction Inspectorate (I.S.C), starting from September 30, 2016. The procedure sets out the requirements regarding the education and professional experience of those applying for authorization, the necessary documents, the areas of authorization, the responsibilities and competences granted by the authorization. The communication of the domain(s)/subdomain(s) for which the applicant is admitted to participate in the authorization exam or, as the case may be, the rejection of the file will be made within 15 working days from the date of file submission or from the date of any requested additions and clarifications.
*Entitled persons
Individuals, Romanian citizens who meet the conditions regarding studies and professional experience provided by the procedure for authorization as technical execution supervisors
*Regulated professions
The profession of technical execution manager is included in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania*
