Details

This procedure establishes the regulatory framework regarding the authorization of technical managers for execution by ISC starting from September 30, 2016. Persons who have been authorized to carry out the activity of technical manager for execution on a permanent basis through an authority act - authorization or equivalent document, issued by competent authorities recognized in one of the member states of the EU or EEA, may provide activity in Romania on a temporary basis, being obliged to submit to ISC a statement, drafted in Romanian, regarding the services/works they will perform.

Romanian citizen specialists or citizens of another EU or EEA member state, who have been authorized to carry out the activity of technical manager for execution through an act of authority - authorization or equivalent document - issued by competent authorities recognized in those states, and who wish to temporarily perform this activity in Romania

Regulated professions
The profession of technical manager for execution is included in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania*

Appeal routes

The communication sent to the applicant regarding the non-approval of the request for temporary activity as technical manager with execution can be contested at I.S.C within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the communication. The appeals are resolved by the authorization committee within 15 working days from the registration of the appeal.
