Original certificate from the national sports federation showing the sports classification category (category I for individual sports, I or II for team sports, as applicable), or a photocopy of the sports instructor license with up-to-date annual validation for those who do not have a sports classification category (or a photocopy of the professional competence certificate, level 4, issued by sports profile high schools, as applicable). For candidates with places I-VI at the Olympic Games and places I-III at Senior, Youth, Junior, and Cadet European and World Championships, the National Sports Federation issues a certificate confirming the results obtained and requests the registration of candidates without an admission exam.*
