This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dental Physicians Cluj

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) from Law no. 95/2006 regarding health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 from the methodological norms approved by G.D. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proof of professional honorability and morality for physicians, dental physicians and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the issuance dateThe issuance fee is: 300 lei according to the decision of the College of Dental Physicians Cluj Council no. 4/ 20/01/2016. The fee can be paid online, by bank card, by accessing www.cmdcluj.ro or into the bank account RO96 RZBR 0000 0600 0598 9676 opened at Raiffeisen Bank Cluj-Napoca.
