The procedure applies to Romanian citizens and citizens of the member states of the European Union, citizens from the states that are signatories to the agreement regarding the European Economic Area and from the Swiss Confederation, who have studied in Romania and request, for the purpose of carrying out teaching activities, in one of the member states of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, in the Swiss Confederation, independently or as employees, the issuance of the certificate of conformity of studies with the provisions of Directive 2005/36/EC regarding the recognition of professional qualifications.
