Duplicates are issued:

- duplicates of the Certificates of Attestation certifying the submission of statements on own responsibility regarding the authorization of operation;

- to the legal representative of the legal entity or PFA, II, IF;
-subject to the submission of proof of publication in a widely circulated newspaper of the notice of loss/theft/destruction.
