Procedure for sanitary-veterinary registration of units carrying out activities in the field of animal feed and holding a sanitary-veterinary authorization/registration*

The procedure consists of registering:
- units carrying out activities provided for under letters b), d) and/or f) of Annex no. 2 to the Order of the President of ANSVSA no. 44/2017 for the approval of the veterinary sanitary standard regarding the procedure for veterinary sanitary authorization/registration of units conducting activities in the field of animal feed and means of transport for animal feed with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as activities in the veterinary pharmaceutical field for which they already hold a veterinary sanitary authorization/registration issued in accordance with the legislation in force;
- units carrying out activities provided for under letters g) and/or h) of Annex no. 2 to the Order of the President of ANSVSA no. 44/2017 for the approval of the veterinary sanitary standard regarding the procedure for veterinary sanitary authorization/registration of units conducting activities in the field of animal feed and means of transport for animal feed with subsequent amendments and completions, which already hold a veterinary sanitary authorization/registration issued in accordance with the legislation in force for activities in the field of food products;
- holdings for the raising of animals intended for food production, authorized/registered from a veterinary sanitary point of view in accordance with the legislation in force in the field of animal health and welfare, that have their own mill, their own mixer or mobile mixers for the production of feed provided for in Annex 2 to the Order of the President of ANSVSA no. 44/2017 for the approval of the veterinary sanitary standard regarding the procedure for veterinary sanitary authorization/registration of units conducting activities in the field of animal feed and means of transport for animal feed with subsequent amendments and completions.

If economic operators are dissatisfied with the outcome of the request, they may file an appeal within the deadlines and under the conditions provided by Law no. 554/2004 on administrative litigation, as amended and supplemented.
